I love the colors, actually 
Love the shirt and the way the lines extend from it. Very cool effect.
However, I'm really not liking the mouth. It seems too.. detailed to match the rest of this image. I'd recommend something more anime-style, just to give it a more vectored look. Or on second thought, doing without the vertical lines (and just using solid black shading in there) could make it look more 'clean' also.
